hen I think of summer, the first thing that springs to my mind is a swimmingpool. In particular, I remember the swimmingpool at our home in South Africa. Located in the courtyard of the house, it was only a few steps from my warm bed to the cool, refreshing poolwater.
I long for those warm mornings, where you don’t have to think about “what to wear”, just throw on a pareo, get into your flipflops and start the day. Living in Amsterdam now, it’s a different story alltogether. It’s almost June, and although we have had a few warm springdays, real summer still has to kick in. But I’m patient… and in the meantime I will just drool over these images of beautiful summer swimmingpools in exotic places.

So sorry for my ignorance, I will keep an eye on this in the future. Because I really appreciate all the interaction. All the best, Mac
