This stairway collection is the result of a long period of time perusing the internet. Making  my way shifting and saving the stairs that struck my eye as being beautiful or unusual. Famous stairs (Coco Chanel’s stairs in her Paris boutique), medieval stairs, gothic stairs, ornate stairs or stark and minimal contemporary stairs. Wooden stairs, steel stairs, glass stairs (you should NOT have vertigo with this one…), concrete stairs, tiled stairs, you name it.

My favourite is the stairway in distressed steel in the Nam Dger Apartment, Tel Aviv, Israel, designed by Gerstner Architects, pictured below in this stairway collection. I’m interested to know which stairs in this stairway collection catches your eye.
