Ssheepskins are so perfect for these cold December days, especially for the shivery types like myself. Draped over a chair they add a lovely warmth and softness to your back. Spread on the floor next to your bed they keep the early morning iciness from your feet. Added as a lining to a pram will keep your baby warm, soft and sleepy (yeah, so you can do some shopping!).

But besides all that, sheepskins add texture and a frivolous fluffiness to an interior. You can add them to any interior, but I think they are at their best in the contemporary loft kind of setting, thrown over a Bertoia chair for example. There are the classic white sheepskins, but more and more I see the longer haired, two- or even three toned skins with wonderful organic patterns made by nature. Let’s hope this little collection will make you feel warm 🙂
