I’m back again and what has drawn my eye lately is the large round mirror. They are suddenly turning up in lots of blogs that find their way to my inbox daily and a quick browse on Pinterest rewarded me with lots of round mirror inspiration. I am not talking about the standard size of old, but huge ones with at least a 1 metre diameter.

They are such great eye-catchers, reflecting light and adding glamour. A round mirror framed with a small band of black steel or bronze also add a graphic element, especially in bright and white interiors. In the eye-candy below there is one with backlighting, love it, especially combined with the worn old brick wall.

As you may know, besides being a blogger, I am a 3D artist as well. In one of my latest projects I added such a large round mirror in a Master Bedroom and it looks so glamorous and so “now”. That’s the great thing about blogging for me, I always get loads of inspiration for my other work, creating cool visuals for property development.

So if you are looking for some “reflectiveness” in your life, think round round round 🙂
